HOW DO WE BOOK ALT PARTY CO?
WHAT ARE YOUR TECHINCAL REQUIREMENTS?

We will take information regarding your event, if you need a quote for mileage or an extra hour, we can send just get in touch. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have before you book, so please just hit us up!
Typically we need a safe supply of electricity and reasonable WiFi. If possible, 2-3 plug sockets within a few meters of where you would like us to set up and around 4-5 metres square of free space to set up the PA system, lights and our workstation, these are the minimum technical requirements and anything more than this is a bonus.
HOW LONG DOES YOUR SET UP TAKE?

We usually require access to the venue 2.5 hours before the start of your party to ensure plenty of time to bring in our equipment, test it and make sure the space looks great for your event. We are very adaptable and will always aim to work to meet the needs of you and your venue. If you have any questions related to technical specifications or setup please get in touch with both Alt Party Co and your chosen venue.
Yes, we can take requests either from you/your partner, or from guests, or not at all if you prefer, just let us know. We will always try to play requests where we can in the set when have the track available in our library.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU PROVIDE?
DO YOU REQUIRE A PARKING SPACE?
We have a variety of PA equipment and lights to cater to the size and vibe of your party. We can comfortably provide entertainment for up to 150 people. Alt Party Co. have Public Liability Insurance and all of our equipment is PAT tested and we will happily provide certification to your venue.
We require safe parking for one vehicle, where possible a space close to your venue speeds up our setup and get-out process and makes your event run more smoothly.
what is your dress code?

We attend all our bookings dressed in smart casual stage blacks, this dress code allows us to remain comfortable during the summer season in extreme heat surrounded by hot speakers and lights and also to ensure we have the proper clothing to comfortably and safely set up our equipment.
